My name is Ryan Andreas, and I am the CEO and co-founder of My Training Partners. In 2009 I decided to become a personal trainer after a lifetime of being around inspiring leaders, coaches, athletes and peers. During my own transformation I struggled most with the mental aspect of fitness, and overcoming personal obstacles that sometimes led me to quit before I even got started. After working with industry leaders and innovators for over a decade, I have emerged on the other side and continue to work to achieve my goals. I want to use my skills, my experience and my own journey to help others achieve theirs.
My clients mean everything to me, and there’s nothing more important than helping somebody go through a life changing experience that makes them happy, confident, and strong. I know what it's like to not fulfill my potential, and how the shadow casted from self-doubt can affect your whole life. I want to be there for those who want to bring about change. I want to help you discover the benefits of training that have helped me become the person I am today, and I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
I have made my mark on the fitness industry over the past 12 years by offering my clients much more than just a workout. Rather, they are treated to my unique, life-changing approach, which encompasses exercise, nutrition, mindset, and lifestyle. Using our MTP methods, I will incorporate in-depth health and exercise evaluations, nutrition coaching and strength training to produce lasting results for individuals and their personal goals.
Holding certifications in personal training, indoor cycling, and kickboxing, I continue to work closely with the world’s most renowned coaches to learn, and improve my craft.
