Meet Your Coaches

Ryan Andreas

My name is Ryan Andreas, and I am the CEO and co-founder of My Training Partners. In 2009 I decided to become a personal trainer after a lifetime of being around inspiring leaders, coaches, athletes and peers. During my own transformation I struggled most with the mental aspect of fitness, and overcoming personal obstacles that sometimes led me to quit before I even got started. After working with industry leaders and innovators for over a decade, I have emerged on the other side and continue to work to achieve my goals. I want to use my skills, my experience and my own journey to help others achieve theirs.

My clients mean everything to me, and there’s nothing more important than helping somebody go through a life changing experience that makes them happy, confident, and strong. I know what it's like to not fulfill my potential, and how the shadow casted from self-doubt can affect your whole life. I want to be there for those who want to bring about change. I want to help you discover the benefits of training that have helped me become the person I am today, and I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

I have made my mark on the fitness industry over the past 12 years by offering my clients much more than just a workout. Rather, they are treated to my unique, life-changing approach, which encompasses exercise, nutrition, mindset, and lifestyle. Using our MTP methods, I will incorporate in-depth health and exercise evaluations, nutrition coaching and strength training to produce lasting results for individuals and their personal goals.

Holding certifications in personal training, indoor cycling, and kickboxing, I continue to work closely with the world’s most renowned coaches to learn, and improve my craft.

Casey "Chase" Severino

I've been on my own personal fitness journey for 16 years and I'm so excited to help others on their journeys professionally with our awesome team of trainers. I have two degrees in Accounting and Finance from UNC-Charlotte and do a lot of the "behind-the-scenes" work at MTP as well as being one of the first voices our clients hear when they begin their fitness journey. With years of experience in the service industry, know that I am here to help and serve you!

I am a proud father of a beautiful baby girl! She is my motivation for everything I do, especially staying fit. She's always on-the-go and keeping up with her with her is my top priority! I also have my favorite running buddy - our dog Piper. These two keep me moving from sun-up to sundown.

I look forward to meeting everyone that chooses the MTP lifestyle - LET'S GET TO WORK!!

Natalie Betsko

Natalie Betsko is a dedicated and determined business owner focusing on sharing her distinctive approach to self-love, self-care & living your healthiest life grounded in a unique overall health and wellness approach.

She began her work life on a fishing boat off the coast of Sitka, Alaska & 30 years later is the CEO of My Training Partners… a family-owned business she runs with her middle son, Ryan.

Balancing her professional career along with raising a family, Natalie has committed her lifelong love for athletics & fitness to helping individuals’ level up their life through proper exercise and nutrition. Especially focusing on leading women to developing their talents to flourish and prosper.

Beginning at the University of Washington working with 18 varsity sports, Natalie worked directly with the 1991-1992 Rose Bowl Championship Football Team. Then moving on to Columbus, OH to work with The Ohio State University's 36 varsity sports & lending her expertise to the Buckeyes during their National Championship run in 2002. Natalie is an expert fitness & nutrition coach and is also an IFBB Pro Bodybuilder (Figure) competitor, an Arnold Classic Co-Master of Ceremonies & is a Motivational Speaker/Moderator.

Transforming mind/body & soul, developing ideas & collaborating with an extensive network of world class women she has assisted thousands of individuals in achieving personal and fitness goals!  

David Russell Key

With more than 25 years of dedicated service David offers a unique and diversified perspective on fitness and wellness programs.

After a stellar high school athletic career, David went on to receive a B.S. in Kinesiology from The University of Michigan where he attended on a full athletic scholarship. He was a three-year starter and won 4 big ten championships under the guidance of legendary Big 10 coach, Bo Schembechler. Upon graduation, David was drafted by the New England Patriots in 1991 and played professionally for three years.

As a 3x Professional in Football (NFL), Body Building (IFBB) & KickBoxing (K1), David offers a unique and diversified perspective on fitness and wellness programs.
David has helped thousands of individuals over the years become healthier and happier individuals.

Stephanie Hohn, M.S.

Stephanie found her calling of connecting with and coaching people to progressively unlock limits in their lives with health, wellness, and overall mentality in 2011. She currently works with her Superfly Unlimited client team in person while continuing her studies in the Kinesiology PhD program at The Ohio State University with a focus on human health and behavior. 

She also works with research with the Exercise and Behavioral Medicine Lab with a variety of populations, including chronic disease like knee osteoarthritis and cancer. Her current hobbies include Olympic weightlifting, finding new ways to get organized, playing with her pup Kaia, and optimizing ways to find time-efficient healthy eating! She is excited to bring all of her experience to help you become the best version of yourself with MyTrainingPartners!

Tameka "Meka" Deatherage

Body & MInd Transformation Specialist

Faith, Family and FItness are my big three!

I am a wife and homeschool mom of 2 rambunctious little boys, ages 1 and 4. I've been a personal trainer since 2006 and enjoy working closely with others to help them reach their goals. I've been blessed enough to work with various populations of people from ages 5-99 years of age. I am truly passionate about fitness and educating others in ways to achieve optimum health.

I have a bachelor's degree in exercise science, nationally certified as a personal trainer and specialize in HIIT, strength training, pre and post natal exercise. 


Doug's been sharing his passion for fitness with others for over 18 years, both as a certified personal trainer and coach, and as a wellness director in senior and corporate fitness. He has an M.S. in Exercise Physiology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

His special areas of interest are functional strength training and correcting muscular imbalances, which help people develop the strength and stamina to comfortably participate in the activities they love. He trains by the motto "Fitness Begins in the Glutes", and enjoys helping clients realize the power they have within their own bodies.

In his spare time, Doug enjoys hiking, golf and watersports with friends. He plays in volleyball leagues year-round and loves spending time with his daughter, who's in art school, and his two dogs.

How much is the program?
Everything that we do is customized on a client-to-client basis, so what the plan looks like for one person is going to be different from the next person because it all depends on your starting point.
Do you do meal plans?
We provide nutritional coaching, our goal is to teach you how to put together a plan that works for you and your life, so we actually work together with you for menu planning. We also work with a team of licensed/certified nutritionists, our menu planning services are through, extensive and exactly what you need!
How do I get my workouts?
Our customized fitness programs are designed just for you! We plan your workouts 30 days out and are constantly customizing and updating your weekly plan. You will have access to live workouts, "written workouts", workouts that you can do at home and/or take to your fitness center. All you need is a wifi connection!
